This Web Hosting Agreement is between Total Solution Concepts Company, LTD AKA Hosting Services-USA-Taiwan-Philippines, AKA Taiwan Web Designs, AKA NY Web Designs, AKA New York Web Designs, Taiwan Web Hosting and the person/persons who use our websites hosting and domain services. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services.

Services

Hosting Services-USA-Taiwan-Philippines agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time. We do not mislead customers with hidden costs unlike many other web hosting companies.

Terms

All customers are responsible for monitoring their storage space and bandwidth transfer each month. Customers who go over the limit of their account will be sent an email with the option to either upgrade their account or reduce storage. If customers continue to go over we will do everything possible to fix the problem. We hold the right to ban accounts for continuous problems. If customers sign up for an account and cancel it within the first month they will still be charged for the full first month.

Payments

Renewal notices are emailed three days before the actual renewal date in your account. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. If payment is not received within 7 days a $5 fee will be added.

All annual payments are non-refundable once the 30-day money-back guarantee has passed (30 days only for shared hosting accounts, NOT VPS, servers or domain names). Any order paid by BITCOIN is final - no refunds whatsoever. NO REFUNDS ON VPS SERVERS OR DOMAINS.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Hosting Services-USA-Taiwan-Philippines is strictly prohibited. We will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization.

Inappropriate Language and Verbal Abuse Policy

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for our staff members. The use of obscene or abusive language, verbal harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards our staff members is strictly prohibited.

Consequence: Violation may result in immediate termination of web hosting services without prior notice or refund.

Unsolicited Email & Spamming

Unsolicited commercial advertisements ('SPAM') are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account cancellation. Taiwan Web Hosting takes a zero-tolerance approach to SPAM originating from its servers. The following activities are not allowed: SPAM, forging email headers, mail bombing, spamming newsgroups, and harassment through email.

99.99% Uptime Guarantee

Taiwan Web Hosting endeavors to have the content of your website available for http access 99.99% of the time. In the event that your website is unavailable, your account will be credited as follows:

• 95% to 99.9% - 10% credit of monthly hosting fee
• 90% to 94.9% - 20% credit of monthly hosting fee
• 89.9% or below - 50% credit of monthly hosting fee

Technical Support

Taiwan Web Hosting provides technical support that encompasses our area of expertise including assistance, troubleshooting, and debugging of our cPanel control panel interface and servers. We do our best to help with scripts, templates and programming languages, however we are not obligated to provide assistance for applications modified by you previously.

Domain Name Registration

NO REFUNDS for domain sales or transfers - all sales are final. You cannot transfer out a domain that is less than 180 days old. Domain registrations are non-refundable. Please do not purchase the domain name until you are certain.

Cancellation of Service

Taiwan Web Hosting reserves the right to cancel a service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid if we institute our right of cancellation. NO REFUNDS FOR SERVERS, VPS, SSL, DOMAINS and any addon services. Refunds are only made for shared hosting services if we fail to meet our terms uptime. All refunds will be made via PayPal. ALL BITCOIN SALES ARE FINAL.

Governing Law

The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, exclusive of its choice of law principles, and the laws of the United States of America, as applicable.
